What We Collect

BetClarity LLC (“BetClarity,” “we,” “us”) collects only the information necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — used to create and manage your account.
• Betting data — synced from connected sportsbooks or entered manually. This includes bets, stakes, odds, outcomes, and related metadata.
• Sportsbook credentials — when you connect a sportsbook, you authenticate directly with that sportsbook on your device. Credentials are stored locally in your device's secure keychain and are never transmitted to BetClarity servers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide analytics, performance metrics, and insights about your betting history.
• Sync your bet history from connected sportsbooks.
• Send notifications about sync activity or account events, if enabled.
• Generate anonymized, aggregated insights to improve our products and services.

We do not sell or share your individual betting data or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may use anonymized, aggregated data — which cannot be used to identify you — to improve our products and develop new features. The analyses, insights, and visualizations generated by BetClarity from your data are proprietary to BetClarity.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use BetClarity, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Device type, operating system, and browser information.
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level).
• Usage patterns such as pages visited and features used.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Data Storage & Security

Your betting data is stored on secure, managed cloud infrastructure with access controls enforced at the database layer (row-level security). Sportsbook credentials are stored locally on your device in the platform's secure keychain and are never stored on our servers. All data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS.

Third-Party Services

BetClarity uses a limited number of third-party service providers to operate, including providers for cloud infrastructure, authentication, push notifications, and error monitoring. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services and operate under their own privacy policies.

We do not share your individual personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, all associated data — including bets, credentials, and settings — is permanently removed.

Your Rights

• Delete your account and all associated data at any time from app settings.
• Disconnect any sportsbook at any time, which removes stored credentials.
• Opt out of notifications from app settings or device settings.
• You may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to access or receive a copy of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Not Affiliated with Sportsbooks

BetClarity is an independent analytics tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any sportsbook or gambling operator. Use of sportsbook brand names is solely for identification purposes.

Children's Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of BetClarity after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
